How the daily F1 quiz works

A daily Formula 1 driver guessing game

Kerbside's daily F1 quiz gives everyone the same mystery driver each day. Start typing a driver name, submit a guess, then use the clue grid to narrow the answer before your six attempts run out.

The quiz covers drivers from Formula 1 history and compares each guess against the answer using four clues: shared teams, nationality, debut decade and world championship count. The team clue highlights any team your guess and the mystery driver have both raced for — and tells you when you have none in common.

How does the daily F1 driver quiz work?
Each day Kerbside picks one mystery Formula 1 driver. You have six guesses, and each guess gives feedback across team, nationality, debut decade and world championships.
What do the green and red clues mean?
A green clue is a match with the mystery driver; a red clue is not. The team clue turns green and names any team you have both raced for, or shows "No shared team" when you have none in common. For debut decade and titles, arrows show whether the answer is higher or lower than your guess.
When does the quiz reset?
The quiz resets every day on UTC time, so everyone gets the same mystery F1 driver for that date.
